OUR BAKERY IN KINGSTON CLOSED IN MARCH 2015 BUT WE CONTINUE TO OFFER OUR ONLINE SERVICE.

Trisha originally started the business online selling healthier, made-to-order, gluten-free and dairy-free cakes. Within a year her iced Carrot and Raisin Cake was recognised nationally,¬†winning the “Best Free-From Product” in the 2009 Freefrom Food Awards. As customers with other special diets started to enquire, she experimented with making egg-free cakes, vegan cakes and cakes with no added sugar in addition to being gluten and dairy-free and found success using natural substitutes, creating free-from cakes still full of flavour.
